NEMA Lites to join Seekonk Speedway Fast Friday Series.
On Friday, June 19, the Fast Friday series will once again attempt to open the season. With two weeks of rain, the anticipation is high among competitors and officials to get this entry level night season underway. The Pure Stocks have already competed twice in 2009, with Nick Uhrig picking up the win in both events. Also on the Fast Friday schedule are the Seekonk Youth Racing Association, which will compete in two classes, and the all new Sport4 division. Just as the Pure Stocks are designed with the novice in mind, the Sport4 class will run basic stock 4 cylinder cars with no modifications to the vehicles, with the exception of safety items. There is also the Kart series in the pit track which is held in conjunction with the 1/3 mile competition.
The NEMA Lites, which was created in a similar fashion as the Fast Friday Series, is intended for those with little or no experience, looking to get some seat time and experience in an open cockpit midget. This will be the first of four stand-alone events for the NEMA Lites in 2009 at Seekonk Speedway.
Admission for the Fast Friday series is just $5.00 for adults, kids 12 and under FREE. For more information on the Fast Friday Series, check out the speedway website at seekonkspeedway.com. For more information on the NEMA Lites, check out the official NEMA webpage at nemaracing.com.
Pro Four Modifieds return to Seekonk Speedway with the Kraze’s Speed Equipment 30/30 for the Street Stocks.
The Pro Four Modifieds return to the Seekonk Speedway this Saturday, June 6 after a season layoff. Since the last time the Pro Four Modified graced the 1/3 mile oval, Norm Wrenn has gone on a tear in the Pro Fours, including being undefeated in the last 6 races, dating back to 2008. But looking over his record, there is still one track that haunts him. With an average finish of 2.89 over the past two seasons, Wrenn has visited Victory Lane in all but one other speedway. Jeff Zuidema remains as the most recent Pro Four winner at Seekonk, taking home the honors at the DAV Fall Classic in 2007 for the second consecutive year. Cory Cleary was the other winner in 2007.
Also taking center stage are the Street Stocks in the 3rd Annual Kraze’s Speed Equipment 30/30 main event. The feature will start up to 30 cars, and run for 30 green flag laps. Exeter RI’s Scott Serydynski, the tracks all-time winningest Street Stock competitor is the defending race winner, and has been consistently been in the top twelve in 2009. With some of the most competitive racing anywhere, the Street Stocks have put on some of the best shows of the season with three different winners in the first three weeks. Tony Oliviera, Ryan Lineham and Mike Mitchell have all visited Victory Lane in a division that has made qualifying as important as the race itself. Over 30 cars have signed in each week this season, forcing several cars to load up early each week.
Also on the card for Saturday Night are the ARC Pro Stocks and the Seekonk Sport Trucks, each in a regular distance event. The Late Models will be idle for the week. The front gate opens at 4pm, with the first green flag at 6pm. Adult admission is just $12.00 with kids 12 and under FREE.
Rain forces Seekonk Speedway to postpone their Army National Guard Thrill Show.
May 24, 2009
With a steady rain falling, and a forecast of thunderstorms, Seekonk Speedway was forced to postpone their Memorial Day Celebration presented by the Army National Guard. The show will run on Monday, May 25 with a new time. General admission gates will open one hour earlier at 1:20pm, with the show also starting one hour earlier at 4:00pm. For further updates, please check out seekonkspeedway.com.
Seekonk Speedway gears up for double header weekend
Seekonk Speedway is gearing up for their first double header weekend of their 64th season. On Saturday, the ARC Pro Stocks will highlight a regular Saturday points night at the Action Track of the East with a 40 lap main event. Coming off his first win of the season, Rehoboth’s Dave Darling is the early favorite to pick up his third career Pro Stock crown. Ryan Vanasse will be looking to make it four in a row in Late Model action. After picking up the win in the final two events in 2008, including the DAV Fall Classic, the Rocket is on a Roll. The Seekonk Sport Truck feature came down to last couple of feet as Jody Tripp edged out Rick Martin by .002 to stop Martin’s streak at 3. Both will be trying to outdo the other in their 20 lap feature. The Street Stocks had over 30 cars on hand to compete for 26 starting positions. Tony Oliviera was the top dog in this ever exciting division. Action for Saturday starts at 6pm, with general admission gates opening at 4. Adult tickets are $12.00 each, with kids 12 and under FREE.
On Sunday, The Army National Guard will be on hand to present Seekonk’s World Famous Thrill Show. They will have action on the midway throughout the event, and will be presenting Colors for the National Anthem. Starting time is 5pm, with a chance for all fans to take a turn on the 1/3 mile in the popular Spectator Drags. They are a one on one drag once around the track in street legal cars. The winner will go to the next round, while the loser is done for the evening. NEDrift.com will be on hand to show the East Coast what drifting is all about. They will be competing for prize money, and the results will be voted on by the fans. These are not your every day drivers.
The Pure Stock division will be competing in their second event of the season, as they gear up for their Fast Friday season opener on Friday June 5. This is Seekonk’s entry level full sized class of racing. As close as you can get to “Knock out the glass and go racing” as you can get. Nick Uhrig dominated opening day, and will be trying to make it two in a row on Sunday.
The Enduro Drags have become one of the most popular events, pitting several cars out on the track competing in a one lap shootout. While we don’t encourage contact in the Spectator Drags, this becomes an all out assault on each other. There will also be truck drags under this same format, as we encourage the pickup crowd to join the action. There will be non-stop enduro racing as well, giving amateurs a chance to try out their racing skills in an entry level atmosphere. But don’t get me wrong, it’s not an easy task to navigate through and around cars that are spinning and crashing all around you.
The ever popular Figure-8 event continues the tradition of action, as cars and trucks will compete through the infield, catching serious air as they thunder over the humps on each of the four corners of the infield. The evening will end with their world famous Demolition Derby. As the surface of the speedway becomes a home for carnage and destruction, the lone survivor will be standing tall at the top of the heap.
Catch all of this action and more on Sunday, May 24. Gates open at 2:30 with action starting at 5. Tickets for adults are just $20.00. Be sure to check our website seekonkspeedway.com for out new safety regulations.
Seekonk Speedway to try again.
May 13, 2009
They say the third time is a charm, and Seekonk Speedway management is hoping Mother Nature turns into a race fan this weekend. For the third week, The Action Track of the East will attempt to get in their 64th season opener. Originally slated for Sunday, May 3, the feature events, highlighted by a 75 lap, $2,000 to win ARC Pro Stock main event has been postponed twice for weather.
Time trials set the starting field for the qualifiers for the Pro Stocks on that Sunday, and they were 5 laps into their second heat when the rains came. Mike Brightman was the leader when the race was stopped, with Ryan Vanasse, Dave Darling, Wayne Dion and Tom Scully Jr. rounding out the top five. The first heat saw reigning Champion Fred Astle Jr pick up the win over Ken Spencer, Jake Vanada, Rob Murphy and Kyle Casper. Fred Astle was fastest during time trials with a time of 12.314. Mike Brightman posted the second fastest time with Ken Spencer third, and Tom Scully Jr and Kyle Casper both setting the fourth fastest time. The winner of the $2,000 to win 75 lap extravaganza will be a guaranteed starter for the PASS 150 on August 15.
In Late Model heat action, Jon Dickerman showed he is ready for the season in a dominating win. He finished ahead of Ryan Vanasse, Kevin Casper, Dennis Stampfl and Frank Duquette. Kyle Casper was the victor in the second heat over Bill Bernard, Mike Cavallaro, Randy Burr and Al Clements III.
Three Street Stock heats were needed for the over 30 cars in the pits. Reigning champ Sparky Arsenault was the front runner under the checkered in qualifier #1. Mark Henshaw, Ryan Lineham, Jim Silvia and Scott Serydynski rounded out the top five. Tony Oliviera, Chris Rioux, Steve Axon, Paul Newcomb and Jay Steely were the top five in the second heat, while Mike Mitchell, Justin Travis, Crystal Serydynski, Bob Pelland III and Paul Lallier were the top five in round three.
The Seekonk Sport Trucks ran their qualifiers without any problems, with second generation racer Jody Tripp leading the field across the stripe in round 1, followed by Rick Martin, Hugh Bowser, Russ Borges and Mike Ronhock. Round two went to three time reigning champion Mike Cavallaro over John Paiva, Jason Heroux, Steve Dumas and Darryl Church.
The Pure Stocks, originally slated for a 25 lap feature only have seen their opening day presence increased with 2 qualifying heats to start the action this coming Saturday. Also added were an extra 5 laps for the Seekonk Sport Trucks, whose feature will now be 25 laps.
Competitors that were not able to make opening day are encouraged to join the remainder of the action, and will start at the rear of the field in their respective division qualifier or main event.
General Admission for Saturday, May 16 has been decreased to $10.00 for adults, $8.00 for seniors, and kids 12 and under are FREE. If you have your admission ticket from opening day, as was announced on May 3, your ticket will still be honored for general admission and for pit area admission. New tickets must be purchased if you do not have these.
The pit area gate will open at 2pm on Saturday, with the main gates for general admission to open at 4. 6 pack sized coolers are welcome, but alcohol, glass and cans are not permitted. Personal folding chairs and stadium seating are not permitted as well, but fans are welcome to bring in blankets and cushions to sit on. Rest backs are also available for rental. Re-admittance is also prohibited. For further questions, please check out website at seekonkspeedway.com.
Seekonk Speedway to try again on Saturday.
May 7, 2009
On Saturday, Seekonk Speedway will run the continuation of their opening day program. Rain began just shy of the halfway point in the second Pro Stock qualifier and would not relent, forcing the postponement of rest of the program. With over half the program completed, management decided to continue the program beginning on Saturday, May 9.
The program will start with the addition of qualifiers for the Pure Stocks, followed by the continuation of the second Pro Stock heat. The Street Stocks will follow with their last chance consolation. The Pure Stocks, Seekonk Sport Trucks, Late Models and Street Stocks will open their season. The show will conclude with a 75 lap main event for the ARC Pro Stocks, with $2,000.00 to the winner. The winner will also be a guaranteed starter in the PASS 150 on August 15.
A strong field of competitors were on hand to open the 64th season of racing at The Action Track of the East, with over 30 Street Stocks, 16 Late Models, 19 Pro Stocks, 22 Pure Stocks and 17 Seekonk Sport Trucks. Additional entries are expected for the main events on Saturday.
All patrons who attended on Sunday will be able to use their opening day ticket to catch the remainder of the program. All tickets must be redeemed at the ticket window for admission. If you missed opening day and want to catch the culmination of the 64th season opener, ticket prices for adults and seniors has been reduced to $10.00 for adults and $8.00 for seniors. Kids 12 and under are free. Six pack sized coolers are allowed, with glass, cans and alcohol not permitted. Also, personal chairs and stadium style seating are restricted as well. For further information, please check our website at Seekonkspeedway.com.
Seekonk Speedway readies for 64th season opener.
Seekonk Speedway is ready to write another chapter in their deep history of short track racing. On Sunday, May 3, The Action Track of the East will roar back to life, and begin their 64th season at the oldest continuously family run track in the country. The Pro Stocks, Late Models, Seekonk Sport Trucks, Street Stocks and Pure Stocks will all compete on opening day,
On Sunday, May 3, the first green flag of the season will unfurl at 2pm, for a 5 division opening act that will set the tone for the year. The headlining act will once again be the ARC Pro Stocks, which began in 1978 at Seekonk Speedway. They will run a 75 lap main event, with the winner becoming a guaranteed starter in the PASS 150, which will be held on August 15. Reigning 3-time champion Flyin’ Fred Astle will be back to defend his title in the Wood Frame Structures Chevy. His closest competitor, Kid Scully, who missed his first title by a handful of points, will try to knock him off his perch, and take the crown over. Both drivers dominated 2008 with 5 wins each. 2 time title holder Dave Darling is set to get back to the top after coming in third last year. Ken Spencer and tom Scully Sr will also try to take the title away. Defending Rookie of the Year The Rocket Ryan Vanasse will attempt to improve on his fourth place finish in points and add to his single feature win total. Add Kyle Kasper and The Hammer Jeramee Lille to the mix as they battle for the Rookie Crown, and the Pro Stocks are a can’t miss.
The Late Models have Gerry DeGasparre Jr coming off his third consecutive and unprecedented fourth overall title. He will try to become the second driver in history to win 4 championships in a row. The only other driver to accomplish this feat is Ron Bouchard, who did it in 1968-1971. Trying to remove the title from Pawtucket will be Kevin Casper, who has come close over the past couple of seasons, winning several times, but falling short in the title chase. Jon Dickerman looks fast in pre-season testing, and could bring the Late Model crown to Weymouth if things go his way. Three time and defending Seekonk Sport Truck champion Mike Cavallaro will make the move into the Late Models full time in 2008, and will have his hands full in his first foray into the Late Models after 5 seasons in the Trucks. He will be competing against Frank Duquette and Colby Fournier in the rookie chase.
With Cavallaro moving out of the Seekonk Sport Trucks, that opens the door for a new champion in the class. But will it be a familiar name that takes over the top spot? The hottest driver in the Seekonk Sport Trucks at the end of 2008 was 4 time Pro Stock Champ Rick Martin, who took top honors the final 3 events of the season, including the DAV Fall Classic. With a new truck in the stable, and some more experience under his belt, things could get Radical in the Trucks. There will be plenty of competition on that chase, as Jody Tripp looks to become a second generation champ, joining his brother Bob and father John as Seekonk champion. Jody picked up his first career win in 2008 on his way to the Rookie of the Year crown, and with his dad as crew chief, there may not be anything that can hold them back. Hugh Bowser is coming off 2 great seasons, and is looking for his first career championship. It will definitely be Wrecker or Checker for Hugh and his team. Several rookies will be making their debuts in the ever competitive SSTs, including Jariah Roderick, Anna Gregoire, 2008 Seekonk Youth Racing Association 750 Champ Dylan Estrella, and Kyle DeSouza, who are all making the step up from the SYRA ranks.
Sparky Arsenault will be gunning for his fourth championship in the Street Stocks this season. The Attleboro native has been at or near the top of the standings for over a decade. But there is a host of competitors that will be aiming for that glory. Last years runner up in the chase Paul Lallier is as hungry as he has been, and spent the offseason rebuilding what was a strong race car. Enter Steve Axon, who picked up his first career win on opening day 2008, and came close to picking up his first title. Ryan Lineham was Flyin through the pack last season, but gremlins forced him out of the picture. Can he keep those gremlins at bay? Tony Oliveira picked up a win and was consistent throughout the grind, as was Brian Spillane and Chris DeMoura. Add Jammin Jim Silvia to the mix after a couple of seasons off, and the Street Stocks become a volatile concoction of action and drama. Over a dozen different drivers carried the checkered last year. How many will drive to victory in 2009?
The Pure Stocks have been added to opening day, and will feature their entry level action, as they get ready for their Fast Friday series which begins in June. Scott Cestodio picked up his first title in 2008 and will be back to defend against former champion Bill Chouinard, along with Bob Hinckley, Tom Blackwell, Nick Uhrig, Randy Moretti and more. This is the closest thing to “Knock the glass out and go racing” that you can find.
The competitors aren’t the only ones who have been busy in the off season. The facility itself has taken a new look. Over the winter, new seating has been installed around the stadium. New aluminum benches have been added to the backstretch and frontstretch areas, giving the stadium a coliseum effect, making the phrase “Not a Bad Seat in the House” more fitting. With this new seating, the need for customers to bring in their own folding or stadium style seating is no longer a concern. Thus, personal seating will no longer be permitted. Rest Back seats will be available on a regular basis. Fans can continue to bring in personal 6-pack sized coolers, but alcohol, glass and cans are not allowed. Francis Farm will be back with their array of Clamcakes & Chowda, Fried Clams, Corn on the Cob and more. Ken Foley and the gang from Francis Farm have also taken over the full concessions, and will continue to provide some of the best New England Seafood fare alongside the usual menu of pizza, hot dogs, sausage & peppers, fried dough and more.
Action on Sunday begins at 2pm, with general admission gates opening at noon. Practice starts at noon, and the Pro Stocks will have Time Trials at 1:20, to set the lineup for the qualifying heats. Adult general admission is still $12.00; senior citizens 55 and older are $10.00, and children under 12 free. Come join us for the celebration of 64 seasons of competition at the Action Track of the East.
April 24, 2009
Seekonk Speedway announced that Phil’s Propane of Tiverton RI, the official propane distributor of Seekonk Speedway, has joined the 2009 Contingency Awards program for the Late Model division. For ten events, the winner of the Late Model main event will win and extra $100.00, while the second and third place finishers will receive an additional $50.00 each for those same events.
Town Fair Tire and Propane Plus partner with Seekonk Speedway for 2009 Contingency Program.
March 29, 2009
Town Fair Tire and Propane Plus have signed up with Seekonk Speedway to support the action in 2009. Town Fair Tire, with over 75 locations throughout New England, agreed to a 10 race program with the Street Stocks that will give the winner an extra $100.00, while Propane Plus Heating & Cooling, located in Rehoboth MA., will give a tire away each week to a Pro Stock competitor.
“We are excited to have Town Fair Tire join us for 2009” Race Director Dave Alburn stated. “Over the past decade, Town Fair has become a leader in tire sales in the New England region. Their dedication and determination to be the best, along with their competitive pricing fits right in with the strategy of our Street Stock competitors. They put all their efforts into their racecars to be the best, and continue to be one of the most competitive divisions anywhere.”
To be eligible for the additional prize money, competitors will have to display the Town Fair Tire decal that will be provided. Starting with opening day, May 3, additional dates are 5/16, 5/30, 6/13, 6/27, 7/11, 7/25, 8/8, 8/22, and 9/5. Town Fair Tire will present additional $1,000 prize money to the Street Stock purse for the ’09 season.
The fans also win with this partnership, as a $2.00 discount is available through your local Town Fair Tire, and will be honored at any of the regular Saturday ARC $12.00 admission events in 2009. Stop by your local Town Fair Tire and find out why Nobody Does It Like Town Fair Tire.
Propane Plus Heating & Cooling has jumped on board with the 2009 Pro Stock season, and will provide one tire a week to one competitor. Determining who gets the tire however, will be luck of the draw. According to Dave Alburn, it will be a blind draw for a competitor who finishes outside of the top ten that will get the free American Racer tire. Competitors must display the Propane Plus decal that will be provided.
“We wanted to help all of our competitors,” Dave Alburn mentioned, “and this can give a competitor that has an off night something to look forward to.” The winning car number will be pulled by the race winner prior to the next week’s competition. “We have been doing this with the Late Models for the past couple of seasons with their tire contingency, and it has worked well. While we continue to have one of the highest payouts in New England for our Pro Stocks, we are always looking for new ways to give more to our competitors.”
Propane Plus is a family-owned local business that has earned a reputation for outstanding service. Serving residential and commercial accounts in All of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, Propane Plus has put "old fashioned" values in to practice.
The Late Model class tire contingency will continue for their third season, giving one competitor that finishes outside the top ten a free Good Year Eagle. This is provided by Seekonk Speedway. Additional contingencies will continue to be sought for the competitors.
Seekonk Speedway Joins Forces with PASS
It all started on a sunny Sunday afternoon, when Tom Mayberry held the first ever Pro All Stars Series event at a southern New Hampshire oval. 33 cars took the green flag that saw Dale Shaw win the first ever event. A 150 lap contest that saw some of the best Pro Stock drivers throughout the Northeast region of the United States compete against each other. In the almost 8 years since, there have been over 25 more names added to the winners list, with over 250 more that have attempted to bring home one of the toughest touring division trophies available.
Seekonk Speedway founder D. Anthony Venditti started a low cost Late Model division in 1978 called the All Pro’s. Since then, Seekonk Speedway has been the birthplace and the home of the Pro Stocks. They evolved into the Pro Stock division that continues to headline the racing action at the Bay State 1/3 mile oval. In the over 30 years of Pro Stock racing, there have been over 50 names that have visited Victory Lane at Seekonk Speedway.
On Saturday Night, August 15, 2009, the two will meet for the first time in a 150 lap contest. “This is something that we’ve wanted to try for a long time” Dave Alburn, Seekonk Speedways Race Director stated. “The timing is right for both parties to get together.” This will be the longest Pro Stock race in history at Seekonk. “We normally run 75 or 100 laps for our open competition events, so it will be interesting to see how many of our competitors will be up to the challenge.” With another week off for the Pro’s the following Saturday due to the True Value Mods coming to town, they will have time to change their cars back to Seekonk specs.
The starting field will consist of 26 cars taking the green for the century and a half grind. “We will have two 75 lap main events before PASS comes to town, and the winner of those will be guaranteed starters in the 150,” Alburn stated. “This will give our competitors a chance to run with them.”
The winner of this historic event will also be a guaranteed starter in the 18TH Annual DAV Fall Classic. “We wanted to welcome PASS with a chance to compete in out biggest weekend of the year,” Alburn continued. “We have seen some great competition from Johnny Clark, Travis Benjamin, Larry Gelinas, Dale Shaw, Mike Rowe and many other PASS competitors that have tried to win here.” The only outsiders to win the DAV Fall Classic have been Jeff Stevens in 1997 and Russ Hersey in 2006.
The August 15th event will be the first time a touring Pro Stock/Super Late Model class has visited the Cement Palace since Jeff Stevens won in 1997. “We have enjoyed the tours in the past, but wanted to focus on our own program, building one of the most competitive classes in New England,” Dave stated. “We have talked to Tom and his staff several times in the past, but it wasn’t the right time for us, or them. We feel the timing couldn’t have been better for either of us. Like peanut butter and chocolate, Seekonk and PASS will go together well.”
For updates on this historic event, keep an eye on Seekonk Speedways website at seekonkspeedway.com. You can also visit PASS website at racewithpass.com.
Seekonk Speedway announces new Sport Four Entry Level Division.
Looking toward the future, Seekonk Speedway Race Director Dave Alburn announced the introduction of a new entry level class of racing at Seekonk Speedway. The Sport Four division will be a true entry level class of racing, added to the Fast Friday schedule in 2009.
“We are always looking for new and inexpensive ways for the fans to get involved in racing here at Seekonk Speedway”, Dave stated. “We have had things in the past that had gotten way beyond what we were trying to accomplish”. What Dave was talking about was the previous Formula Four division which was scuttled after the 2003 racing season. While they share the same basic format, the cars that competed previously in the Formula Four class will not be eligible. “We want a class of cars that people can race, not race cars.” The rules package that has been put together clearly outlines the basics of entry level racing.
Eligibility to compete in this new venture will be open to anyone with no prior, or at the very least, a driver with very limited, experience in racing. “We are trying to get the fan that wants to try out and compete without having to go up against someone who has done this for a long time.”, Dave continued. “We are looking at high school kids, young adults, looking to get experience behind the wheel. That’s why we have put the minimum age at 15.” Indeed, some of the local technical vocational schools with an automotive program will be well suited for this. With the rules for the car itself being limited to just about completely stock, the cost to start is minimal.
The number one rule for the Sport Four’s is that the car must remain stock. It is open to 4 cylinder compact sedans and wagons manufactured from 1980 to 2004. Both front and rear wheel drive vehicles will be racing against each other. Unfortunately, Camaros, Firebirds, Thunderbirds, Vans, SUVs, trucks, rear and mid engine cars, sports cars, all wheel drive, convertibles, rotary engine and turbo/supercharged cars are not eligible for competition. “While we want the cars to be stock, we understand going with certain cars can drive up the cost of getting involved”, Dave stated. “We have put a claimer rule into effect for this class, as we have for the Pure Stock class. If there is a car that seems to be dominating this class, after three wins, the speedway has the right to purchase the car from the competitor for $800.00. As long as the car is prepared within the guidelines of the rules, no one should be worried about that, though.”
While this is a beginners division, safety is still at the forefront of the management. Drivers must have a fire retardant racing drivers’ suit, gloves and shoes. A helmet that meets Snell 95 rated or better is mandatory. A 5 point racing harness must be used, and an aluminum racing seat is highly recommended for safety. A driver’s safety net is also mandatory.
For the car itself, rollover bars are mandatory, fuel tanks MUST be replaced with an approved fuel cell. Safety shut offs for the fuel system must also be used. Cars will use all stock components, however. Engines, transmissions, differentials, suspension, fuel system, ignition system, wheels and tires must all remain stock. Both automatic and manual transmissions are approved for racing.
“We want this division to be fun and affordable for all competitors” Alburn stated. “We understand there are not a lot of men and women that can afford 2-4 thousand dollars to get involved. This is a great way to get started in this.”
For more information on the Sport Fours, and the complete rules package, please check out the website at Seekonkspeedway.com. click on the Rules link and go into the Fast Friday group for the complete rules. Rules for all other Seekonk Speedway divisions can also be obtained through the website. You can also contact the track office at (508) 336-9959.
Registrations for the Sport Fours and all of the ARC classes will be accepted for the 2009 racing season starting February 1. Remember, all numbers not renewed by March 1 become open for anyone to obtain.
2009 Rules are now available.
The rules for the 2009 racing season are now complete, and have been published on our website. The rules include the Super Saturday and the Fast Friday series. It also introduces the All New Sport Four class, an entry level 4 cyl. rtacing class open to most front and rear wheel drive cars from 1980 to 2004.
